Notice of AGM, Wednesday 19th September 2018.

Notice is hereby given that the 72nd Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Wanderers Cricket Club (Inc.) will be held at the West Plaza Hotel, 110 Wakefield Street, Wellington on Wednesday 19th September 2018 commencing at 5.30pm.

  3. Establishment of Quorum
  4. In Memoriam
  5. Minutes of the Previous AGM held Wednesday 4th October 2017, and matters arising there from.
  6. Adoption of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts
  7. Election of New members.
  8. Election of Officers for 2018/19 Season:
  9.       a) Patron
  10.       b) President
  11.      c) Committee
  12.      d) Honorary Auditor
  13.      e) 12th man
  14. Subscriptions for 2018/19 Season.
  15. General Business

The format for the evening will be:

Gather in the bar at West Plaza from 5pm, followed by AGM. At the conclusion of the AGM we will have dinner. Our guests this year will be Luke Woodcock and Michael Papps, both NZ International Players and holders of a considerable number of New Zealand First Class Records. At the conclusion of dinner they will have a Q@A discussion with Bryan Waddle. We will welcome questions from Wanderers members.

The cost of the dinner will be same as last year at $40. You will be able to pay on the evening direct to West Plaza. They will also do a special Wanderers Price for Beer and Wine of $6.50 for tap beer and $6.50 for Dusky Sounds Range of Wine.
